As your day draws near we understand all the anxiety that comes with it, the joy of inviting your friends and telling them about the plans that you have, up until the moment that your day comes. You have worked so hard for this day, everything has to go flawless. In our company we have gone through all those precious moments we hold so dear in our heart. We have recently moved from El Paso Texas to Windsor Missouri.   We look forward to helping you with anything you may need.  We are not your ordinary flower shop we are more, our staff look forward to meeting you and helping you with anything you may need.  After all flowers is our passion and with it we hope to share the same enthusiasm with you.  Eva Rosa is the owner of Designs By Eva Rosa LLC and resides in Warrensburg Missouri.  She has graduated from El Paso Community College  with a major of floral designs and University of Phoenix with a major in Business Management and a minor in Human Resources.  She is currently married and has one son.   Company history   Our staff has a 16 year trajectory working as Wedding Consultants, Florists, Wedding Designers, Caterers, and Cake designers. We have just recently moved to Missouri and are excited to learn the history, culture, and most of all get to know the people of Missouri. BYOV

Designs by Eva Rosa LLC in Windsor, MO figured out how—and launched a very successful promotion at the same time. For Happy Hour Fridays, BYOV (Bring Your Own Vase), the shop lines up buckets of all the flowers that haven’t sold for the week. Customers are allowed to pick their own flowers and then get the vases they have brought in filled with a custom bouquet for $15. They’re given a flyer with recipes they can use to pick the flowers: for example, 2 roses + 1 carnation + 2 fillers + 1 green. They have a variety of recipes to choose from, any one of which will yield $15 retail worth of flowers.

“I like it because it allows us to test our design skills” making arrangements quickly in all different types of containers, says Ruben Zamora, a partner at the shop. The promotion also allows the shop to sell unsold inventory before it expires. It brings customers into the store week after week.

Naturally, many customers decide to go beyond the $15 limit and pay more to get more flowers.

“They love it!” says Ruben. And that’s what counts.

Traveling Bouquet Program

WHITEMAN AIR FORCE BASE, Mo. Mr. Ruben Zamora, flower shop manager, drops off a bouquet of flowers to Kadeja Hughes, 509th Medical Group family practice, as part of the Traveling Bouquet program April 12, 2010.
Petals and Blooms, the flower shop on base, recently planted some roots of their own to boost morale here. “The idea of the Traveling Bouquet is simple,” said Mr. Zamora, who is also a citizen Airmen for the 442nd Maintenance Squadron. “It’s meant to bring a smile to someone’s face and make their day a little brighter,” he said.

Our shop is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
